Once upon a time, in the diverse city of Pomona, two college students named Iris and Marc found themselves enrolled and living on campus at the innovative Cal Poly Pomona in 2005.

Iris was a vibrant, artistic soul with a passion for photography, while Marc was a reserved, easygoing guy with a love for soccer.

One fateful evening, during their sophomore year, a group of students organized a game of midnight soccer on the campus field. Intrigued by the idea of playing soccer under the stars, Iris and Marc decided to join in. While Iris and Marc found themselves on opposite teams, they bonded over their shared passion for the game and disdain for cold weather.

As months passed, Iris and Marc's friendship grew stronger, realizing that they had much in common beyond just soccer. They spent countless hours together hanging out with friends, playing Guitar Hero, watching movies and attending many of Marc's soccer games.
